A premium gin, with a nod to the Somerset Levels, The Leveller is slightly more fragrant, but like Somerset Distillery’s London Dry, crisp and clean.
Therefore, a rounded spirit, made in the same style as its cousin with a concerted effort to utilise the alcohols found in the distilling process. The Leveller premium gin encapsulates all that is good in a premium gin.
The Somerset levels are world renowned, with Glastonbury Tor and tales from Avalon stretching far back into a long, enchanting and mythical history. More recently, in the 1600’s the Leveller was an abusive term used to denote a rural rebel. Also, The Leveller Gin is big on flavour with refinement which blends perfectly to either create a wonderful cocktail. Or, simply enjoyed on its own as a sipping gin.
Taste process is is everything, with creatively selected botanicals ensuring that as the tonic is added the flavours remains. This gin is Big, memorable and delicious!
From the first slurp to the last, you’ll notice the botanical oils linger and at 43% ABV, the slightest suggestion of the grain spirit.
