Brighton Gin is produced at Brighton’s first (legal) distillery using organic British grain. Botanicals include juniper, orange and lime peel, coriander seed and milk thistle. Each bottle is filled, wax-sealed and labelled by hand. The colour of both the wax and the label is that of Brighton’s distinctive seafront railings.
Brighton Gin was named by the Sunday Times as one of its top three gins in 2015. It also won two silver medals at the 2015 International Wine and Spirit Competition. It also won a gold medal at the 2016 Spirits Business Gin Masters and is the only spirit served on board the British Airways i360 on Brighton’s seafront.
