Brighton Gin was named by the Sunday Times as one of its top three gins of 2015 and won two silver medals at the 2015 International Wine and Spirit Competition. It also won a gold medal at the 2016 Spirits Business Gin Masters and is the only spirit served on board the British Airways i360 on Brighton’s seafront.
This handmade small batch gin is produced at Brighton’s first (legal) distillery using organic British grain. Its botanicals include juniper – the peel of fresh oranges and limes – locally-grown coriander seed and milk thistle. Indigenous to the South Downs and well-known for its liver-cleansing properties. Each bottle is filled – wax-sealed and labelled by hand. The colour of both the wax and the label is that of Brighton’s distinctive seafront railings.
