All of our packages are sent via Royal Mail or UK Mail, so the delivery times are subject to Royal Mail and UK Mail services and exclude Public/Bank Holidays and Sundays (Royal Mail Only). The Gin Stall cannot be held responsible for any delays to postal services once parcels have been dispatched.
Over 18 Signature Upon Delivery
Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for the delivery of the goods and the address is correct with a full postcode. Once the goods are in the possession of Royal Mail or UK Mail, The Gin Stall cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, this includes delays due to inclement weather, misrouting, incorrect delivery addresses and force majeure.
Please note if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK, your order may take longer to be delivered.
Cancellations & Returns
If you would like to cancel or return your order please, contact us as soon as possible emailing email@example.com or contact our Customer Services team on 0330 223 2985.
You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever up to 24 hours after you receive it.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse to accept delivery from the driver and your order will be returned to us. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to adequately and safely return it to:

Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, with no damage to the packaging of the product or to the actual product itself, with no seals or safety measures compromised.
If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, you should notify us as soon as possible within 24 hours. We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt.
