This London Dry Gin was carefully conceived by the Somerset Distillery’s little development still over time. Also, it’s juniper led, fresh, clean and balanced and 40% ABV.
With the emphasis on less is more, using a handful of botanicals, including angelica, bitter orange and star anise to keep the spirit crisp.
Therefore, have your own preference on what to serve with our London Dry, but try it with a simple tonic water first, to fully appreciate its flavours.
Enjoyed with frozen grapefruit, cucumber, lime and the ubiquitous lemon and it’s also pretty good in cocktails!
