Chilgrove Signature Edition Gin (70cl, 44%). The first English gin made from alcohol distilled from grapes. Many new gins rely on an increased number of ingredients to present complexity and character. Chilgrove decided to look at the heart of gin.
Firstly, sourcing a superior grape neutral spirit was their starting point. As a result, this produced a refined, elegant style of gin. Also, this gin is exceptionally smooth and balanced. Therefore, certainly the perfect drink, irrespective of occasion or season.
Secondly, this gin is handcrafted, using traditional methods and distilled with natural mineral water filtered through the very chalk Downs which surround Chilgrove. Also, this fine London Dry Gin marries the finest Sussex-grown botanicals, together with a neutral spirit distilled from grapes.
It is this unusual relationship which gives Chilgrove Gin its sophisticated character. Whilst, the perfectly balanced elect of flavours, truly make it the gin for all seasons.
