They’ve taken fresh north country dandelion blooms and wild-foraged Burdock. Subsequently, distilling them with their favourite combination of botanicals to create a smooth, contemporary gin. Pocketful of Stones have taken the earthy flavours of the roots of these botanicals and distilled them with locally foraged heather. Also, honeybush to add a floral lift and cola nut and almond to bind the flavours with orris root to add length.
