Trevethan Honey Oak Gin. Created using Cornish virgin oak blocks taken from the heart of a fallen oak tree. The blocks are toasted and soaked in Cornish honey for 2 weeks. Then added to the Trevethan original recipe gin and left to age for 6 weeks. During the ageing process the Gin takes on the colour and flavour of subtle oak lignins and honey sugars released from the wood.
