To create this award-winning Rhubarb Gin, they start by pressing tonnes of real rhubarb, extracting it’s pure essence until they have enough juice to fill a third of every bottle. The result? A gin that’s as vibrant and refreshing as a summer’s day, with a unique sweetness that can only come from real, farm-grown rhubarb.
