Two Birds Spirits. Founded in 2012. Based in the quaint British countryside town of Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Firstly, starting with a pure passion for great tasting Gin. Experimenting in their garden shed for months to develop the perfect drinking gin. All spirits made by hand in a bespoke copper pot still called ‘Gerard’, (built by our Master Distiller no less).
Ensuring every stage of the process is produced and checked by hand. Consequently, making sure they remain a true artisan distillery, producing small batches of just 100 bottles at a time.
