Kate took it upon herself to do some intensive experimentation into flavours at home. Despite being a teacher by trade she found she was also very good at infusing gin!

This is Wessex Spirits’s baby. The first gin Kate produced. Inspired by her mum’s sloe gin she wanted to create something completely different but using the same processes. So after a lot of sampling (hic!) Test Valley Gin was born. A true family affair the first year of it’s life it was made at Kate’s Grandad’s house before moving to its current home in Andover.
