Tarquin’s Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin (70cl, 38%). A modern take on a fruit lead dry gin, with a touch of rhubarb and raspberry. Distilled using 14 hand selected botanicals and 100% British rhubarb and raspberry. An initial hit of rhubarb sorbet. Subsequently, followed by fresh raspberries and soft juniper. Finishes with candied raspberry jam and zesty citrus sorbet. Retains a lovely dryness to the finish due to zero added sugar.
