Distilled traditionally in copper stills using locally sourced, hand picked ingredients and other fine botanicals from around the world.
Lancashire dry is apparent on the nose and on the finish, and stands up exceptionally well to tonic. A smooth full flavoured gin. Delicately spiced with notes of kaffir lime leaf, cardamom and cubeb pepper.
