No. 209 Gin (70cl, 46%). The only distillery in the world that is built over water, on renovated Pier 50 in San Francisco. Vastly different from the juniper-heavy gins of the past.
First of all, No. 209 Gin opens with a beautifully aromatic nose of citrus and floral notes with a hint of spiciness. First across the palette are the citrus high notes. Predominantly lemon followed by a hint of orange.
Perfect Serve: Fever Tree Indian Tonic, ice and either orange, grapefruit, pumpkin or coffee beans.
