Mermaid Zest Gin. (70cl, 38%). Firstly, this gin is a zesty, aromatic fusion of the ever popular Mermaid Gin from the Isle of Wight. Infused with summer citrus fruits and wild foraged coastal botanicals. Also, grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary. Known as ‘the dew of the sea’. Therefore, the result is a zesty, fresh spirit with a hint of sea air.
Inspired by the lush, verdant island, its seagrass beds and the natural world, Mermaid Zest Gin is encased in a classic, emerald green bottle. Also, this gin is infused with coastal rock samphire and rosemary foraged from the island’s shores. Made with fruits grown in the Victorian walled garden of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert’s island home, Osborne House on the Isle of Wight.
