Da Mhile Seaweed Gin (70cl, 42%). Launched on 1st of March 2014 (St Davids Day). Firstly, this gin is made with a cut-down hand selected variant of botanicals. Subsequently these are added to the small batch gin. As a result, it beautifully complements seafood. Infused with handpicked seaweed from the Celtic coast in Wales for three weeks, giving it a lovely light green hue. Finally it is triple filtered and bottled.
