Cornish Blue Flamingo Gin (70cl, 40%). From Mothers Ruin 1751 in Cornwall.
A smooth and mythical blend uniquely distilled in Cornwall. Conceived and formulated by Craig, the owner of Mother’s Ruin 1751. Rare and beautiful. Contains unusual and scarce botanicals. Some found growing in Cornish gardens. Also, Black Bee Honey produced on Rame Peninsula and amazing special Açai Berries from Brazil.
Distilled in a 200 litre batch in a traditional copper still using their own unique recipe. The main botanicals of Açai Berries, Lemon Thyme, Basil and Rosemary provide herbaceous and sweet notes. The Black Bee Honey providing a sweet smooth finish. A classic London Dry gin that should not be over-complicated.
