Firstly, masses of luscious, hand-picked British damsons left to steep for six months or more in strikingly smooth London Dry Gin. Subsequently, sugar is added. Not too much, just enough to balance the natural tartness of the fruit.
Consequently, this ruby-red gin is velvety and smooth. An intense depth of flavour and fruity dryness. Delivers quite a kick!
