Rock Rose. The journey can be traced back as far as Martin and Claires university days. They talked of one day returning to Caithness to set up a business together.
Firstly, the aim with Dunnet Bay Distillery was to create jobs at home. In Caithness they could live and work in the county of their birth and raise their family there. Never dreaming that one day they would employ fourteen people and win 2019 Scottish Gin Distillery of the Year at the Scottish Gin Awards. Also awarded Great Taste Awards for Rock Rose Gin, Navy Strength Gin and Holy Grass Vodka. Consequently the gin is now distributed and enjoyed all around the world.
