Gin Mare. Made at their distillery, a thirteenth century chapel. Located between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada.
Made using traditional Mediterranean techniques. Most importantly, the aim is to create a truly Mediterranean gin. Using a delicate process, each ingredient is distilled independently.
The star ingredient is the arbequina olive. Every bottle of Gin Mare is unique due to the acidity levels of the olive changing every year. Consequently each batch is an individual work of art.
Certainly a wholehearted Mediterranean gin.
